Indoor digital printing machine is a machine that can produce excellent prints and very good for indoors. Using current inkjet technology with print resolution up to 4800 dpi, and lowest droplet ink size up to 1.4 pl (picolitre).
Indoor Printing machine has several types of ink used, among others: Dye, Pigment, Eco Solvent, and Latex. Each ink has different characteristics from each other.
Dye ink based: Water-based, low maintenance, not waterproof and sun so it needs to be laminated, the prints are better than oil-based inks. Materials that can be used include: Paper HVS, Gloss photo paper, PVC, Inkjet Paper, Canvas, Silk Paper, etc.
Pigment ink based: Water-based, higher endurance than Dye ink, not waterproof and sun so it needs to be laminated, should be used continuously, better prints than oil-based inks. Materials that can be used include: Paper HVS, Gloss photo paper, PVC, Inkjet Paper, Canvas, Silk Paper, etc ..
Eco solvent ink based: Oil base, Dye-like prints, non-stinging smell (unlike Solvent ink), more waterproof and sunlight, slightly more expensive than solvent ink. Materials that can be used include: Flexy, PVC, Albatros, Sticker vynil, Transparent, Backlit, Frontlit, etc ..
Latex ink based: water-based and synthetic polymer made from natural latex rubber. Therefore it has been eco green is safe and environmentally friendly. This machine has the advantages of image quality that is equivalent to the indoor machine but in terms of resilience can be placed outside the room. Materials that can be used include: Wallpaper, Sticker, Backlite, PVC, Canvas, Photo Paper, Synthetic Leather / Leather Oscar for making bags, motor seats etc.
